NewDealSeals engineering and quality assurance team work in close conjunction with the OEM's engineers to design precision moulded shapes, components and devices to optimize their manufacturability, quality, cost-effectiveness and the overall product-to-market timeline of the newly designed shapes. A good choice of rubber material in combination with the right designed rubber moulded part ensures perfect functionality.
Materials
NewDealSeals can provide advice about all sorts of rubber materials (Elastomers) such as: NBR, EPDM, FKM (Viton®), FFKM (Kalrez®), CR (Neoprene®), SBR and VMQ (Silicone).
Production
The rubber moulded parts are manufactured according to the drawings using the most modern of techniques. The engineering department of NewDealSeals is able to supply the necessary drawings. The production processes have been provided with statistical process control (SPC).
Standards and special requirements
Special requirements can always be complied with due to the ability to adapt qualities to NEN-ISO, DIN, ASTM, SAE, FDA, WRAS, NSF, KTW, ACF, UL and other standards.

Stock-taking of requirements and possibilities The rubber materials and the technical possibilities of the required rubber and moulded part are discussed during this phase.
Development and improvements
A drawing and a material description of the rubber moulded part will be made and presented for approval.
Delivery and logistics
Production, packaging and delivery will start after approval and in consultation.
