Research & Development Centre

We have our own Research and Development Centre from where we carry out an on-going programme of new materials and product development. By working in close co-operation with our partners we are able to offer customers distinct competitive advantages.

In-house advanced capabilities facilitate extensive testing on both materials and fully finished components to meet increased pressure and temperature demands. Our testing programme results in leading edge performance and elimination of seal failure risk, and it also includes the evaluation of synthetic fluids.

Product Development

The products in our standard program are suitable for a variety of application cases. Nevertheless, all needs cannot always be fulfilled with an already existing sealing solution. In such cases, NewDealSeals will create special solutions for special requirements, beginning with simple sealing elements and ending with multiple-component parts with integrated additional functions.

A wide variety of materials and a broad range of options for the selection of the corresponding production technology are the basis of NewDealSeals product development. The interaction of modern development methodology and experience of simulation and trial lead to the specific development of custom-made products.
